Proverbs is about God and His wisdom personified as a female. The point of the whole book of Proverbs is to get people to understand you should "court" wisdom, not court "folly". Since there are passages related to the creation of the world, sometimes trinitarians will try to say this is Jesus with the Father, but it's quite clear wisdom is female, and we know Jesus was male.
